Ability to make deals and activities private w/o making accounts private

Why is it not possible to make deals/activities private in Zoho? I do in fact understand that in many sales jobs this would be unnecessary and making the account private would be sufficient.

However......

In commercial real estate our two offices need to be on a public system. All of our data needs to be accessible by all brokers. In commercial real estate our goal as a company is to have every single account in our market (Seattle) added into Zoho and attached to a building (custom module). We need to have accounts public with deals and activities private.

First let me outline the modules we use:
  • Contacts
  • Accounts
  • Buildings (custommodule1)
  • Lease Comps (custommodule2)
  • Activities
  • Deals
  • Reports
What is a scenario where this is a problem?:  I could potentially begin working on a deal for an account that is already existing in zoho (remember we track every account in Seattle). 

Scenario 1:

In this scenario, say the account is Amazon located here in Seattle and I have won their business to represent them on finding them 100,000 SF of office space. I sign an NDA requested by Amazon that I can't share any information about the deal I'm working.  

Step 1: I look-up Amazon in our database.
Step 2: I create a deal for Amazon
Step 3: Someone in my company sees this Amazon deal information and leaks that Amazon is actively looking for  real estate.
Step 4: I'm fired and sued by Amazon.

Scenario 2:

In this scenario, I have been meeting with an account for a deal with a commission upwards of $500,000.  They are currently in our CRM and located in a building in Seattle.  Remember, we track all accounts in Seattle in our public system.

Step 1: I look-up this Account which already exits on our database.
Step 2: I create a deal for this account
Step 3: Someone in my company sees this deal and A) Makes it public in Seattle this account is interviewing brokers. B) Tries to steal the account/deal. 
Step 4: I lose the deal with account because it became public knowledge the account was a prospect and someone swooped in and won the deal.


So I ask my final question.  Is there a work around to make tasks/activities private while being able to keep accounts public?

This seems like it should be a very easy item to implement.  Our office is torn because we just switched to zoho from Salesforce and need to have a database to store all of our market intel. This intel needs to be public.  Deals and activities do not.
