I use Zoho for multiple businesses and am very happy with the service. Specifically, templates allow me to answer commonly asked email questions or send common correspondence very easily.
However, it would be HUGE for me if templates could be organized by the user.
For example, it would be great to be able to order them.
Even better would be the ability to have subfolders of templates. For example
Phone Calls -> - I just Left a Voicemail
- Please Call Me
Work is Done -> - Your Case File is Ready to Pick Up
- Your Hearing is Scheduled
- Retainer Agreement
Is there any plan to make such enhancements? I have seen others asking for similar things but no response.
Is there any way to pay for such a feature as a business subscriber?
