In CRM Attachments, please create the ability to preview the document or image files during a mouse-over hover and pop up window.
If this isn't possible how about simply opening the file in a new browser window??
Having to download attachments to a hard drive just to view the files is a waste of time and efficiency.
Seems like a simple fix as most other CRM or basic websites have this functionality.
