Ability to Select External Users from Participants List When Scheduling Meetings
Hello Zoho Cliq Team,
We hope you're doing well.
We would like to request an enhancement to the meeting scheduling experience in Zoho Cliq.
Current Limitation when scheduling a meeting in Zoho Cliq:
- External users can be selected from the list only under the Co-Hosts section. However, in the Participants section, external users are not available in the selection list.
- The only way to add an external user as a Participant (not a Co-Host) is by manually typing their email address each time.
This makes the process slow, error-prone, and inconsistent—especially when several meetings are scheduled with the same external users.
Requested Enhancement:
Please allow external users to appear in the Participants selection list, just like they currently do in the Co-Hosts list.
This will improves usability and saves time, Avoids typing errors for email addresses and make the scheduling flow more consistent and user-friendly.
