It would be advantageous when we are in daily communication with several clients and prospects, and we want to use the signature of the mail as a space of general communication and publicity.
For example:
1 - "For the months of August - September, you have a 10% discount buying any new service"
2 - "We remind you that we change our phone numbers, the new numbers are 12345".
3 - "Coupon of the month for your next order is : AAABBB - 5% discount"
In zoho mail I can have more than one signature and use them indistinctly, but in zoho crm I can only have one.
