About Non-Marketing Contacts
I've been using ZohoCampaign to send out campaigns, but I noticed that some users are unintentionally marked as "Non-Marketing Contacts”.
I noticed that some users are unintentionally marked as "Non-Marketing Contacts" and cannot be delivered.
Is there some kind of condition that causes this to happen?
Also, is it possible to change these settings?
