When do you plan to have customization of Product Details available? I really need to be able to either remove it or customize it. We are a service business and cannot use this software until the Product Details can have a Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Sub-Total. Those are the only needed columns and the creation of this type of section should not be too difficult. My idea for ZOHO is to create either two or three different Product Details sections that a company administrator can choose what is more suited to their needs during the initial setup. The first being the current setup, the second being a services setup with the fields I just described, and finally an option to omit that section entirely. The omission of that section would allow for someone to configure their own setup using the formula fields that were recently added to CRM. Please let me know what you think and when this might be available.
