Hi,

 

We have started using ZOHO CRM recently. I love all the fatures available in here.

 

When I was creating "Account" from my emain in my inbox, I saw that only Name, email and Phone number can be entered.

Please see attached image.

 

I am just wondering can I add some more fields in here, while creating "Account" or "Lead" from email.
