About Chat Support: Support person was too slow, seems like answering to multiple peoples and keep waiting me for minutes to get a reply. People transfer the chat with each other and referring the chat again. Overall it is too much time consuming to get support as it does not seems instant communication.
Overall I believe Zoho team should do something to save customer time. People like us are business person and can’t be on Chat or support for hours or can’t wait for days. we use tools to mange business, if managing tools itself become our activity than it start suffering our business.
Using tool improve sales people productivity but if that start consuming top management time than it start giving pain. In Organization like us, CRM or etc…tools are managed by Top management people. so our time is important
