This is a generic question to Z CRM Team - Why is Z CRM not innovating? In simple terms - It's all so generic and nothing unique. Have you looked at how Pipedrive, Close.io and the likes are launching features which are unique, productive & first of it's kind?
These competitors are pacing ahead at blazing speeds. Z Recruit i believe is so far behind, when i look at their rich features set and the pace at which they are innovating (launching features).
Is it because your product team thinks - 'This is how we are, if you want stick around or just walk out'?
