Accented characters in web-to-lead not displaying correctly

Accented characters in web-to-lead not displaying correctly

I've setup web-to-lead and works perfectly except for the accented characters, which are replaced by question marks in the Lead view within Zoho CRM.

How con I prevent this, and make the system recognize the characters when they come from web-to-lead?
