I cannot seem to find a way to denote a specific access code for the recipient to enter. For example, can I designate the code to be the last four or six digits of their SS#? Or any number or code? 

I don't want to contact them to give them the code,  I want the Sign request to tell them to "Please enter the last 6 digits of your SS#"
