I've sent six email support requests since last Thursday.
Since I couldn't access my accounts, I couldn't access this forum - I had to sign-up a new account which was quite inconvenient.
Simply, it's not possible to login to my CRM, my Zoho One or any accounts. The message says:
Access denied from this IP address
Please assist soonest. I've lost days unable to access my accounts with no word from your support.com
Further, I've tried to attempt to change my password and the attached document below shows an account that has not been in use for about 6 years.
