Hello Zoho,

Around 1 PM onwards, my company organisation few emails which are accessed by other members are NOT working. When they are logging in as zoho email it says this - Access denied from this IP address. Please contact your Administrator ( xxx@yyyy.com).

They are ADMIN accounts (Not user) and till today afternoon, they never got this problem. Now from few hours, they cannot login. Strangely, when I am accessing these emails from my PC (I am super admin) then I can login.

So what is the issue? Are Admin rights changed - I mean, NOW admin also cannot login from all IPs?

Because we have IP restriction as common for user accounts but as per ur current Admin policy, they can open for all Ips.

Please explain and solve this issue.
