I'm trying to access my ZOHO account from a Samsung Galaxy J7 through the "zoho Sync for Android devices" as per these instructions  https://mobilesync.wiki.zoho.com/android.html and  http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html

However, every time I get this error message "Login Error: please check your email and password and try again". These credentials work for web and IMAP.

What could be the problem?
