Access from this machine is not allowed

A while back I set some IP restrictions to my zoho mail account: Toddfairweather@zoho.com.  Since them my service provider has done something to reset my IP address.  I need to have the ip restrictions rolled back to default.  I've sent a few support requests in the past week since this has become a problem.  They seemed to fix the problem and when I checked my mail, it showed that there were no ip restrictions.  However for some reason the restrictions keep rolling back to block me from my own account.  If necessary I can prove the account is mine.  I'm a little worried that I've been hacked, as there is sensitive data stored on the mail.
