One of our domains is giving error while accessing the accounts by Zoho Mail. For basic user, says IP is blocked. Several tests were done outside the company network. Example, navigation via mobile 4G.

In case of access via administrator account, the following is displayed: Access from this machine is not allowed.

Email admin: admin@arabescodecor.com.br
Basic example email: contato@arabescodecor.com.br
Blocked domain: arabescodecor.com.br

Our network IP: 189.46.9.188
Secondary test IP: 177.140.35.65

We need help asap.

Ps: We are sending the e-mail from another of the domain, for being without access to arabescodecor.com.br through Zoho. In case you need any verification. Just tell us.
