Access group mail
Access group mail
Hello
I created a support group/email for my company but when i send an email to that id, I cant see it in my inbox.
I have to go to the control dashboard and access the group and then approve the mail sent to that group id. But after approval, I dont know where that mail goes. I cant even see it in my inbox after that. In the group tab on the lower left part of the inbox page, there is no mail.
Where are those mails? It is used for customer support. I cant see it any.
