After conversion, you can now view your lead's history and interactions in the Contacts, Accounts, and Deals modules as well.
The importance of viewing lead history post conversion
Let's say you've had multiple interactions with a prospect - let's name her Chris Paxton - over the course of two weeks, and all your calls, meetings, and other interactions are recorded within her details page. Once she's converted within CRM from a lead to contact, she's assigned to a follow-up rep for after-sale support. However, because she's no longer a lead, the rep can't find many details about her pre-conversion interactions.
Even though CRM carries over the lead's notes, attachments, and activities to the Contacts module, these items aren't arranged chronologically, which ultimately hinders the follow-up process.

It's precisely to overcome this challenge that we came up with this improvement. Now you can view your lead history and interactions post-conversion in the Contacts, Accounts, and Deals modules.
