Access to Documents

Hi,

Zoho VO is a great suite, better then all I have seen so far. You did a great job.

As for the documents and web folders, there are two annoing issues.

1) Access to exist folder
2) File renaming.

I would like to create a link to an existing folder, without the need to upload files and the rename issue (I saw that when I upload files, all files name are renamed with _1.0 - WHY ????)

I want to work on these files from my desktop - directly and from outside, and not to have two copies.

What is the need for the file renaming? I saw other collaboration suite (DeskNow) that has access to documents from web and webfolders, without renaming.

Another issue of the documents, is that I can see only files located in the
"C:\Program Files\AdventNet\Zoho\VirtualOffice\bin\store\content\files\company\user" folder, what if I want to get access to other files?

Fix this issue, and you have a customer.
