Major bug with files and forum

In project configuration, project tab Organize, i removed the forum and documents options for my clients, so we can review all the work before they can see the final version and have access to it. In tasks when i associatet a file with them, they can see them and open them. But when i associate a forum with them it gives them a not authorized notification. I think this is contradictory because they have access to the documents but not the forums. One solution is to allow them access to the forums tab, but we also use that feature to discuss work so we can't have them getting access to it. It would be logic for this to work the same way has with folders, when i associate something they get access to it, if not they can't access it.
Don't know if there is a solution for this, or a way to work around it. But looking forward for your answer.
