Our account manager at Zoho is inaccessible most of the time. One of my team members has been struggling to get information from him for the past 10 days or so.
- His response time is a minimum of 24 hours via email
- He is never available on his desk although he has shared a desk number
Towards the end of our subscription, last month, we wanted to upgrade two accounts and continue same level subscription for other accounts. Information sharing was minimal. What could have been a total of 15 minutes conversation has become a nightmare for us.
To add salt to injury, Zoho has downgraded our company subscription citing non-renewal for what is essentially lack of response from their customer rep.
Zoho needs to relook at their customer support model as this is certainly not helping win them any friends.
