Access to limited number of contacts in database

Access to limited number of contacts in database

I have a 4000 contacts in my  database with 5 salespeople needing access to the contact information.  Knowing that each contact is identified by salesperson and county, how do I allow each salesperson to view and edit only their accounts and not the complete database?
