Access to my registered domain account

I have an account with Zoho with a registered domain (sestaylimited.com). Unfortunately, the domain expired and I lost access to the account. Now, I have renewed the domain but could not log on to administer the domain again. I will be glad if I can know the secondary email with which I can access it.
