Accessing a Published Table/View

Please bear with me as I am new and learning.

My Primary Goal: I would like to create a site where my approved users can see data (read only), filter and sort.

I have a table in Zoho Reports.

I understand that I probably need to PUBLISH the table.

But I don't know what happens next.

Which Zoho Application do I use for accessing the published table?

Do I use Zoho Creator? Zoho CRM? Or Zoho Wiki?
