Accessing CONTACTID from within CRM for use with Creator - is it visible anywhere other than the a contact URL

I am interested in interfacing between CRM and Creator...within the CRM I would like to create a formula field that generates a URL which uses the ContactID of the current customer as a URL parameter for a Creator application.

e.g.  http://creator.zoho.com/zoho-user/theapps/#Form:MyCreatorApp?CONTACTID=03284859385958

Hope this makes some form of sense.

Or is there an easier way to select the current CRM contact as the focus for an activity in a Creator application.
