Accessing CRM contacts within mail?

Accessing CRM contacts within mail?

I have Zoho CRM installed with Zoho Mail as my email client - which I use within a window in Zoho CRM.

The two seem to have separate contact lists.

How do I access a CRM contacts lookup when sending Zoho mail so I don't have to look up the mail address every time and paste it in etc.??
