Accessing domain

I got a new domain through Zoho.
It was verified and registered successfully with Zoho subdomains.

But I got no account information for ftp access to the domain so I cannot upload or edit a home page, for example. When I asked about editing html, I was told to use the wiki -- which creates new subdomains, not the top-level domain itself.

Any suggestions? I've spent hours trying to figure this out : (
