Account acess blocked" Your account have too many concurrent active sessions, so access is blocked now "

Primaloptions.com is my business account used for taking orders from my website and communicating with customers. please unblock it as soon as possible.  Primaloptions@zoho.com is the account blocked.

I'm not sure why it has too many concurrent sessions or what causes them, but I NOW know where to delete the extra's (this account had 3). Feel free to delete all of them on primaloptions.com or let me and so I can, i have orders in progress and shipments missing we need to track.

If I need to quit using your services to regain access to my business I'll do so Monday morning if I'm still locked out.
