I can see someone asked this question two years ago, but no updates since then.
I would like to customize the headings which appear in the Activities area when I click on an account. This would be for both the Closed and Open Activities sections. Instead of the Start Date Time and End Date Time we would like to see the contact name of the person the activity was conducted with.
Is there any way to modify this view?
