Account blocked and message "There are no blocks in this account currently. Click here to view your Inbox."

Dear Zoho Team,

My account was blocked because the mailbox storage was exceeded.

I have deleted a lot of emails and now it even shows as 3.6GB used only but despite this, when I click on "unblock" I get the message "There are no blocks in this account currently. Click here to view your Inbox."

This shouldn't be the case as clearly there is enough storage.

How long will it take to register this?

I have never had the problem before, before when mailbox storage was exceeded I deleted accordingly and then I could unblock.

Please can you help me??!
