Account blocked for sending

Hi,

A user (admin@citransportrepairs.com.au) cannot send any mail. They are receiving bounce back messages saying that sending is blocked. The bounce email says to go to www.mail.zoho/com/unblock, but that just redirects to the webmail login screen and doesn't offer any way to unblock the account.

I've also checked in the Control Panel (under Troubleshooting) and the account isn't shown as being blocked.

Can someone please unblock this account? If you could please also advise why it was blocked in the first place I would appreciate it. I know there are limits on the number of emails that can be sent per day on the free account, but this user only sends 20 or so per day.
