Account Blocked - Please Help

My zoho account appears to have been infected with a virus. It sends out numerous bogus emails, from which I receive many bounce-back messages. Consequently zoho has blocked both my outgoing and incoming emails and tagged my account as a "spammer." The problem appears to reside with in the zoho apparatus as even when I turn off the Apple Mail client I use to actually perform my email tasks, the bogus emailing seems to continue - judging from the fact that the bounce-back messages continue.
Can you please clear my account of this virus and rest it so I can again send and receive emails? Thank you.
