Upon trying to use Import Accounts wizard, the tool correctly lets me select the small CSV file I seek to test. But in next steps it simply keeps cycling on "Uploading...".
I have already customized the fields in Zoho CRM to map. But the system never lets me get that far.
I am using Chrome browser on a Mac and pop-ups have been enabled, so I'm not missing any cues that hold up the process.
Please advise. Thank you!
