Account deactivation with e-mail forwarding enabled?

Hi,

I am a bit unclear on your Terms & Conditions where it describes the "Inactive User Accounts Policy." What is Zoho's definition of an "inactive user"? It is not stipulated or explained what that means specifically. Someone who does not log in to the web interface every 120 days? What about accounts set up to use e-mail forwarding?

If I set up my free Zoho Mail to forward all incoming mail to another address, do I need to log in to the Zoho Mail web interface periodically in order to keep my account active?

Will Zoho inform me via e-mail if my account is to be deactivated because I haven't logged in to the web interface in x number of days, or will my account remain active without periodically logging in as long as my Zoho e-mail address continues receiving new (forwarded) e-mail?
