account disabled, mail exceeded quota

Hi,

I am a new customer to zoho. i am managing two accounts. One of the accounts exceeded the mail quota after migration. We purchased extra storage. It then proceeded to be blocked. We will be having important customer email through. Is it possible to ensure that the accounts won't get blocked in future?

1/ Would you please ensure all accounts are enabled?
2/ Would you be able to ensure that the subscription for extra mail storage is assigned to available accounts.
3/ Would you please check our set up is optimised (mainly between mail and CRM)
