I registered my Zoho Mail account a few days ago, and while the configurations were correct and I was able to send and receive e-mails just fine, it stopped working shortly thereafter.
Whenever I attempt to log in to my zohomail, I'm informed that the "account is disabled".
I have already contacted support AT zohomail and submitted support requests/tickets through the website, but haven't received a reply yet. This is in fact my sixth attempt at contact over the course of several days. My startup should have been live three days ago and this has become a serious problem. I've used Zoho a few years ago and this never happened then.
