Account disabled, no reply

Resubmitting due to mail ID typo and error.

I registered my Zoho Mail account a few days ago, and while the configurations were correct and I was able to send and receive e-mails, it stopped working shortly thereafter.

The message it displays is "account disabled".

This is my sixth attempt at contact, and I have already sent messages to support AT zohomail and also requested help tickets on the website, but still haven't received any sort of reply. It has a become a serious issue because this is the only thing preventing me from making my startup live.

I have to add that I've used zohomail a few years ago, and this never happened then.
