We've been using your mail service with our domain (flawlessly) for almost a year now, but this past week, we've been unable to log into any of the following email accounts, and the web interface reports the error "Account Inactive".
The affected accounts are
Wondering if they can be reactivated, and what we need to do in future to stop this happening again?
