Dear Zoho team,
Yesterday I logged into my ZOHO account. When I went to check my email it told me my account is inactive. Although I use this account every day. This week I was expecting an important email to arrive, all though it says account inactive. So, is there any way to re-activate my ZOHOMAIL account?
If so, will all the emails I received in the time period it was inactive still be accessible? Thanks, I hope that the account can be re-activate because this is my personal and major email that I use most often.
Also, I read that the account inactive sign may need your account has been banned. If that is the case would you tell me why and un-ban it? When replying to this please make a sure replies go to
