Account inactive and domain data exists

I originally signed up with a temporary email account and added my domain name under this temporary email account ( dplpqwsv@sharklasers.com).

I then added my email address as a secondary address. All of a sudden, this account has been inactivated but I can still login with adam@....co.uk .. However the domain name isn't associated with this email address anymore and when I try to add it, it says that it's already registered (presumably the domain name is still associated to the dplpqwsv@sharklasers.com account).

All I want to do it be able to add my domain name to the adam@...... account.

I appreciate this is vague because I don't want to give out proper account details in public, but please PM me and I'll explain fully with proper examples (the @sharklasers.com account is real however, so you should be able to look everything up with this).
