My email address are
sales@all4babycare.com and
info@all4babycare.com and were working perfectly until 07/08/2017 to my surprise since i am unable to login to my account. All of a sudden I couldn't connect to my zoho mail through mobile app and couldn't log in to the site. The error message is that my "Account is Inactive".
I have no idea why it would be considered inactive as it is my primary company's email account and is used extensively every single day.
I couldn't even log in the the support forum with an inactive account. I have created this new account just to get access to the support forums and to ask for urgent support, please.
