Account Inactive -- URGENT

Account Inactive -- URGENT

Our account has been deactivated and we've tried reaching out to customer service via email and phone calls.  We even contacted our account manager Matt Lackey.  He said they are working on it, customer service put us on hold for 15 min on the phone and said they'd have to call us back.  Nobody answers the support emails.  Please at least let us know what kind of ETA we will have until access is restored or tell us something/anything at all.  It's been almost 5 days!!!
