Account is disabled

Please help I'm newby here and has troubles with signup Email service from Zoho.

During all day trying sign-up I receive error

We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after sometime or contact support@zohoaccounts.com

Now finally I manage to register, but trying to Sign In receive new error Account is disabled

Can anybody help me and say what all this mean and how finally start to use Zoho Mail service....
