Account is disabled
Account is disabled
Hi, I've been using Zoho Mail since 2015.
Last Sunday I got the message "Account is disabled" when trying to log into
https://www.zoho.com/mail.
I still can reach my docs in Zoho Docs, so I must have a valid account.
Mail has no longer a green check in my Apps collection
I did two things on Sunday:
- I changed my password
- I changed my primary email
Please, help
