Account is Inactive

How come a admin account Cleanotherapist@gmail.com/ Saurav.gulati@cleanotherapist.com account become inactive within 20 days of setting up?????

it shouldn't be inactive...please make it active NOW!!

whereas it's account other email customercare@cleanotherapist.com is active and working fine.
