Account is inactive? - Urgent Help needed

Hi,

My admin account    for ottic******elli.it returns "Account is inactive" when I try to log in to Zoho Mail. I also tried resetting the password but I also get the same notification. I can access other accounts under the same domain, but this one is locked. 

Could someone please tell me what's the problem and how to activate the account as soon as possible?
