Account is Inactive

For some reason my Account Is Inactive, I don't know whats wrong I can't even login to my support account. Nothing on my account is active except for the extra email accounts I created.... Can someone please help me. The email is Trintion@Trintion.com and the domain is Trintion.com

Can someone please fix this for me.
