"Account is inactive"

Hi,


My business account (username admin@digiseva1.somee.com and email devd.filmy@gmail.com) returns "Account is inactive" when I try to log in.
fortunately, the locked account also means that I cant access my previous business emails and business CRM data having a major impact on my business.

Could someone please activate the account as soon as possible.
