Account is inactive

Account is inactive

Update to other post which will not allow me to edit or reply to it...

My account ( phil_rose@zoho.com ) which I pay for and have had for about 10 years) is suddenly inaccessible and reports 'account is inactive'. Can you please help as soon as possible as it is the email account I use? I cannot receive email there, obviously so I guess respond here?

It seems my account was hacked and the password changed. This should not have been possible since I have two factor authentication but it seems to have happened. So, even if you activate my account I don't think I will be able to get in until I can change the password. Please help.
